Federal Tax Return

Our flat fee includes the following:

  • Complete + accurate filing of your Form 1040
  • Careful comparison of standard vs. itemized deductions to maximize your outcome
  • A thorough review of your tax picture to uncover every deduction and credit you’re entitled to take

In the name of clarity,

  • Fee applies to returns without business or rental income, priced separately
  • Complex investments with capital gains + losses may require a document review for additional fees
  • State returns aren’t common for my Texas clients, but if needed, they’re an additional $150.

Business Income

per business

For business owners and freelancers who need to report their business income on Schedule C. This fee is in addition to your Federal Tax Return fee.

You’ll need to submit the full-year profit & loss statement prepared by you or your bookkeeper, any tax-related forms (like 1099-NEC), along with a completed tax questionnaire which we provide. We’ll help you capture every deduction you’re entitled to.

Rental Income

+$250

per property

For landlords and real estate investors who need to report their rental income on Schedule E. This fee is in addition to your Federal Tax Return fee.

Submit annual income and expense details per property, plus any tax-related forms you’ve received for the property.

If you use a management company, be sure to add expenses they don’t track like taxes or mortgage interest.

Example: a family who itemizes and has one rental property
